All TLC services affect the mind, body, and spirit.  Since they are all connected, they must be all addressed to have a balanced life.  Theresa’s approach is of a holistic flair.  She has incorporated all her training, as well as her intuitive instinct, to assist her clients from a Mind/Body/Spirit Perspective.

She has facilitated workshops and classes that guide participants through deep, transformative work, supporting greater self-awareness, resilience, and clarity. Theresa’s professional journey began as a massage therapist, where she witnessed firsthand the body’s innate capacity to support healing, insight, and renewal.
 
While massage is often perceived as a physical modality, its impact extends well beyond the body. As physical tension is released, the mind gains space to refocus, process, and generate new ideas—often leading to increased creativity, clarity, and problem-solving capacity. This same phenomenon is commonly experienced during moments of relaxation, such as in the shower, when mental noise quiets and insight emerges.
 
Massage functions similarly by improving circulation, reducing stress, and restoring balance throughout the body. As physical systems function more efficiently, individuals often experience heightened mental clarity, emotional well-being, and overall performance—benefits that directly support productivity, engagement, and sustained effectiveness in the workplace.
 
Her focus is to assist clients in improving their overall quality of life.  She does this by introducing them to the tools that will allow them to see things differently, a new perspective, a fresh, but the essential point of view, one from the inside out.  Theresa has facilitated workshops and classes assisting people to do this deep transformational work.  Her work began as a massage therapist and helping people realize the healing power of their bodies.  
 
Massage appears to be for the body, but as the body relaxes, the mind has time to open more space to new ideas.  Acknowledging and acting on these new ideas are what feeds the soul.  Many people say they get great ideas in the shower.  It is because we relax in the shower, let the water wash away the troubles and we get clean for clarity.  Massage works the same way.  The old blood is pushed out of the muscles and new blood is brought in and every aspect of our being works better.

Group – R.E.A.P. Enrichment Workshops

Participants can be in person or virtual.

Group – Resilience & Self-care

$30 per person / 5 person minimum

Participants watch and follow along as Theresa guides them through breath work, mindful meditation and tension release movements. They follow her instructions and can ask questions as they go. They end with a 2-5 minute breathing meditation.

5-person minimum; 20-person maximum

Participants needing relaxation and rejuvenation from everyday stresses of life can give themselves a massage as they watch Theresa give herself a massage. While in the comfort of their home office or work office, participants follow her instructions and can ask questions as they go. Sessions end with a 3 to 5-minute breathing meditation to help savor the release and rejuvenation just realized. This is great for teams and coworkers.
